PRODUCT CONFIGURATION

Create unlimited product and service offerings: Memberships (contracts), premium services, session packages, retail merchandise, guest passes, and equipment checkout. Pricing and availability for all product types can be determined globally, regionally, or by site.
  • Contract Configuration - MultiSite provides the ability to create and offer an unlimited variety of memberships. Continuous, terminating, fixed date, and usage-based term formats are supported. Administrator-defined member classifications add pricing flexibility to each offered contract and greatly reduces the number of contracts required. Assign dues, initiation and maintenance fees with corresponding G/L codes. Designate and price premium services the can be offered with the membership during enrollment (i.e. towel, locker services). Designate the appropriate contract text to be printed upon enrollment.

  • Services Configuration - MultiSite provides the ability to establish special services or privileges that piggy-back on the member's contract, such as towel or locker services. Services provide additional revenue streams while enhancing the member experience. Service-holders are identified at check-in with user-configured, service-specific icons. Create services by inputting service name and description, availability status, G/L code and designating check-in icon.


  • Retail Inventory Configuration - MultiSite will support unlimited retail inventory categories and items. Item availability is assigned by site and station. For instance, pro-shop inventory only displays at the pro-shop station. Add inventory by inputting item name, description, inventory group, availability status, unit price, and sale price. Designate UPC, G/L code, if taxable, and if on sale.

  • Session Package Configuration - Sessions are preconfigured packages of activities that are purchased in advance and redeemed incrementally over time. MultiSite provides the ability to offer an unlimited number of administrator-defined packages. Add packages by inputting package name and description, product code, unit count, G/L code, price, and expiration (fixed date or months from purchase)


  • Guest Pass Configuration - MultiSite supports unlimited guest pass types. Simply click on the desired guest pass in POS and the system prompts the guest registration form. The process allows staff to quickly capture key information from first time visitors, including photos and notes. Return visitors simply check-in and pay the appropriate guest fees. Add guest passes by inputting pass name, description, pass group, availability status, price and G/L code.


  • Equipment Checkout Configuration - MultiSite's integrated Equipment Checkout efficiently manages the issuance, tracking, and return of sports equipment. Members can be held accountable for the timely return of equipment without having to forfeit their ID cards. MultiSite supports unlimited equipment categories and items. Add checkout equipment by inputting unique item name and product code, description, product group, rental fee (if any), late fees, replacement costs. Specific equipment items are assigned to specific sites and stations.
