MultiSite's unique rules-based import engine maps eligible students and employees to the appropriate memberships. Imported populations not mapped to specific memberships can be designated as prospects. With their information already in the system, prospects can be enrolled and activated in seconds.

The import process is automated to ensure student information is always up-to-date. Subsequent imports to not overwrite historical data even when there are membership lapses (i.e a student takes a semester off). Student photos can often be imported as well.
