Will MultiSite interface with our student database and will we be able to use our existing Campus ID cards?

MultiSite is configurable to read virtually any type of ID card format. MultiSite's unique rules-based import engine maps eligible students and faculty/staff to the appropriate memberships. Imported populations not mapped to specific memberships can be designated as prospects. With their information already in the system, prospects can be enrolled and activated in seconds. The import process can be set to run automatically at defined intervals to ensure student and faculty/staff information is always up-to-date. Subsequent imports to not overwrite historical data even when there are membership lapses (i.e a student takes a semester off). Student photos can often be imported as well.

With four facilities, 30,000 students, and dozens of employees, how do we implement a new management system without completely disrupting our operation and alienating our members?

Our student database contains highly confidential and sensitive information. What safeguards are in place to protect this data?

There isn't a more secure member management application. Among other measures, MultiSite provides user and roll-based security with entity level read and/or write privileges and 128-bit encryption of key database fields. Administrative passwords are also encrypted within the database. And don't worry about network or internet "sniffer" programs - all sensitive data is encrypted in transit. Even member photos can be encrypted.

We often have long lines during peak hours. What kind of check-in speed can we expect from MultiSite?

MultiSite is engineered for high-volume environments. You can expect full-service check-in speeds of less than one second - while displaying member photo, contract information, account status, last visit, member messages and alerts, and available sessions and services!
