MEMBER MESSAGES AND ALERTS

Staff or members may leave messages that automatically display when the target member checks-in. System-generated alerts allow staff to notify members of pending expirations (membership, credit card, session packages, services), billing issues, and other predefined events. Messages and Alerts are prominently displayed at check-in
until acted on by staff. Messages can be printed for members if desired.
