While student are typically imported into MultiSite, other populations such as faculty/staff, community, and alumni, may have to be enrolled. MultiSite's enrollment wizard greatly simplifies the enrollment process and is accessible from either the MultiSite Member Services Module or the MultiSite Enterprise Manager.

A pre-enrollment search capability helps eliminate duplicate member records regardless of which site the member or guest originally enrolled. Guests can be converted to members without losing historical data or having to re-input contact and demographic information. Membership renewals take only seconds and all members on a contract can be renewed simultaneously. Enrollment features and capabilities also include:

• Capture salesperson, marketing source and/or referring member
• Capture nickname, gender, birthday, and email
• Take multiple member photos and choose the best image
• Enter multiple contact numbers for each member
• Input unique mailing address for each member on the contract, if required
• Add services (towel, locker, etc.) to the membership for all or selected members
• Supports multiple billing methods and third-party payers
• Provides unlimited additional member data fields
• Print merged contract text
