MultiSite provides a central repository for all information on each member, forming a complete, interactive member profile. Features and capabilities include:

• Contact information - View and/or update: member name, nickname, mailing address, title, gender, birth date, email, unlimited phone numbers



• Contract information - View and/or update: contract, member classification, type, start date, end date, term, financials, membership status, home site, contract change history, other members on contract



• Billing information - View and/or update: account status, current balance, account history, payer, billing method, billing address, billing site, next bill date



• Historical and Usage Data - View member interaction histories (at all sites), including: check-ins, reservations, class attendance, session package purchases and redemptions, retail purchases, and equipment checkouts



• Marketing Information - View: sales person, marketing source and/or referring member, and number of members referred



• Member notes area - Filterable by note type



• Additional Data Fields - Access to unlimited administrator-defined member data fields



• Member Photo - View or update member photo



• Student information - View additional student import data (housing, class, etc.)
